New minister settles in
Former quantity surveyor Rev Ian Cathcart has arrived at Penicuik South and Howgate Parish Churches after almost 13 years at Anstruther Parish Church in Fife. "I would hope to bring an emphasis on outreach, an emphasis on prayer and emphasis on recognising that God changes people and the world.
