'Catholic duty of care must not be denied'

"Ours is a deeply hedonistic society, in which issues of lifestyle and choice threaten to replace the ancient moral and spiritual concerns," writes Cardinal Keith O'Brien. "Political leaders such as Gordon Brown, David Cameron and others have praised Catholic agencies for their work abroad. We ask now that they allow us to carry on our equally valuable work at home."
