Minister ramps up his faith in council
Inverness minister Rev John Chambers is putting his faith in city councillors not to force his church to rebuild a disabled access ramp - after omitting to obtain planning permission.The £150,000 renovation at Ness Bank Church was completed last October as a safety measure but may face an enforcement action because planning chiefs consider the refurbishment a safety hazard that limits access to essential maintenance vehicles.
