Christian trust to hold Buckie fun day

A Christian trust will be holding a family fun day and series of tent rallies in Buckie next month.

The Moray Gospel Tent Mission is being organised by People With a Mission Ministries and will be supported by local churches.

It will run from June 6 to 10 at Buckie Thistle Football Ground.

The evening rallies will start at 7.30pm each night and will include singing, performances and stories of how people's lives have been turned around by faith.

The main speaker will be Irish gypsy John Purcell, who swapped his life of drink, drugs and partying to become an international minister. A special children's club will be held in Buckie Church of Christ, located on the corner of West Church Street and Pringle Street.
