More Scottish Christian MBEs
Dennis Holdbrook and Drena O'Malley were made MBE in the Queen's birthday honours list. Mr Holdbrook, chair of Houston Primary School Board and honoured for services to education in Renfrewshire, is a Church of Scotland elder and a supporter of CARE for Scotland.Mrs O'Malley, resources manager with Deafblind Scotland and honoured for services to people with dual sensory impairment, is a member and elder of Lenzie Union Parish Church.
