Obituary of Mary Montgomery, aged 69, of Wilmington, Delaware, who went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 16, 2007.Marie was born in Glasgow, Scotland on May 9, 1938, a daughter of the late William John Sr. and Annie McPhillips Flannagan. A devoted wife and loving mother, Marie found great joy in spending time with her family and friends that she so dearly adored. God and family were most precious to her. She was devoted to the Catholic Church and cherished her daily visits to Saint Catherine of Siena. She also journeyed twice to Medjugorje, Yugoslavia to honor and pray to the Blessed Mother. Marie's career as an addictions counselor spanned over 30 years; she loved helping others.
