Kirk's makeover delights congregation
The South Church in Fraserburgh has had a £40,000 makeover following an extensive fundraising campaign by its congregation.Minister the Rev Ronnie Yule said the building was a local architectural gem, which had been reset for the 21st century.
The building was opened 127 years ago this month, as the South Free Church. It became the South Parish Church in 1929 and is now linked with Inverallochy and Rathen East Church.
