Church pastor's Christmas miracle

A church pastor has been celebrating his own Christmas miracle after his baby son was born nearly three months early, in the bath, on Christmas Day.

Joel Pomeroy was not breathing when he was born, but his parents, Conrad and Ceri, were given life-saving advice from a 999 call handler.

The newborn had been on a ventilator, but can now breathe by himself.

Mr Pomeroy, who is the pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Dundee, said God had been looking over them and praised the staff at Ninewells hospital.
