Thieves target religious statue
A religious statue called the Green Tara was stolen from a Buddhist retreat in Moray. The sneak-in theft of the large golden statue of a female in the sit-ting position happened to the Shambala Buddhist retreat at Findhorn.The three-foot figure, which is worth a four-figure sum of money, was described by Grampian Police as "unique".
