International preacher set for Moray
An internationally-renowned churchman will head up a weekend devoted to praise in Moray. The Rev John Bell, a Church of Scotland minister and member of the Iona Community, is special guest at an ecumenical event for Christians across Moray next weekend.The two-day 'Walking Together with Christ' is being hosted in churches in Elgin on Saturday and Sunday, March 1 and 2.
The event is described as a "time for Christians in Elgin and Moray to share in fellowship and engagement".
The programme includes a series of workshops, walking and meditation and reflection sessions.
