Glasgow East: Candidate profiles

The Glasgow East by-election was triggered by the resignation of the sitting MP, David Marshall, on health grounds.

The vote will take place on 24 July. Labour currently holds a 13,507 majority. Here, the BBC Scotland news website looks at each of the candidates.
