Bishops converge on Dundee ahead of Lambeth conference

Bishops from as far afield as USA, Africa and Canada have been experiencing good Scottish hospitality in Dundee this weekend ahead of attending the Lambeth Conference.

The Diocese of Brechin arranged for bishops from across the globe to stay with families in the diocese since their arrival in Scotland on Thursday.

Swaziland and Iowa are companion dioceses to Brechin and on Saturday night Bishop Meshack Mabuza from Swaziland, Bishop Alan Scarfe from Iowa, Bishop Leslie Walker of Mpumalanga, South Africa, and Bishop James Njegovan from Brandon, Canada were treated to dinner onboard the RSS Discovery hosted by Deputy Lord Provost Joe Morrow.
