Rev Stephen Macdonald inducted at Carloway

Many friends gathered with the congregation of Carloway Church of Scotland on Friday for the Ordination and Induction to the Church and Parish of Carloway of Rev Stephen Macdonald.

The congregation at Carloway became vacant when the previous minister Rev Murdo Campbell was translated to the parish of Brightons in Falkirk in June 2007.

The service which was led by Dr Neil Galbraith, Moderator of Presbytery, was also commemorating one hundred years of worship in Carloway Church of Scotland.
